I have had the wonderful opportunity to have two children attend Pre-School at PNS. PNS has unique qualities that are not found in other preschool programs. Specifically, the co-oping experience was the most intriguing. That experience not only allows you to interact with your own child in the classroom, but also permits interaction with your child’s peers. This is important for several reasons. First, it allows you to observe exactly what goes on for an entire day versus simply attending a thirty minute special event. Second, it allows you to see the growth of not only your own child but the other children in the classroom. The atmosphere at PNS is family oriented. You do not feel like your child is simply being shipped off to a child care mill were they are working on ditto sheets to pass the time. However, the most important part of PNS is the teaching staff. We have had three different teachers that all exemplified an enthusiasm and love for the children that goes beyond description. Yet all three teachers had their own special way about them which added to my children’s experience in the classroom.
