The mission of the First Presbyterian Church of Matawan is to be the body of Christ and to glorify God.  The church nurtures its members in faith and service and spreads the good news of God's salvation to all people.

We will extend Christian love, worship, fellowship, education and other support to meet the changing needs of the community.

To these ends, we will reach out as a congregation by:
